Soft board FPC 3M double-sided adhesive bonding, need to operate according to the following formula, can obtain enhanced bonding effect:  

1. When adhesive tape is attached, one end should be attached first and then gently pressed to the other end to reduce the probability of bubbles.  

2. After the cleaning solvent is dried, the adhesive tape shall be attached to the adhesive surface, and the pressure of about 15PSI(1.05 kg/cm2) shall be applied by roller or other means to make the adhesive effective.  

3. Tear off the release paper of the adhesive tape, and then paste the material to be pasted with the same pressure of 15PSI to make it fit effectively.  If bubbles need to be removed, pressure should be increased to the maximum that the item can withstand.  

4, paste the thought temperature is 15-38℃, not less than 10℃.  

5, first of all, the sticking surface must be cleaned and dried. It is generally recommended to use a mixture of 1:1IPA(isopropyl alcohol) and water to wipe the surface and clean it, and then the surface is completely dry.  

The suitable environment requirements for 3M double-sided adhesive storage: humidity 40-60%, temperature 19-23℃.
